Canellation/Refund Policy

You must take a ferry to reach Orcas Island so plan accordingly! Here is the link to ferry scheduling and reservations, click here. Cancellations prior to 48 hrs before scheduled trip departure qualify for a full refund. Cancellations after 48hrs to scheduled trip departure qualify for a 50% refund. You can reschedule your booking up to 24 hrs before scheduled departure. The customer will cover any transactional fees associated with a cancellation or refund.  IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL AND DO NOT SHOW UP TO YOUR SCHEDULED BOOKING YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. Please be aware Orcas Island is remote and can have marginal cell phone service.

One of the best parts of a sailing charter is getting out into nature and interacting with the elements. We cannot control mother nature and therefore each experience on the water is unique. You can't have a rainbow without a little rain! You never know when the weather will shift or a breeze will pick up. We do not cancel trips due to a lack of wind or rain. That said it is always our goal to provide you with a comfortable and enjoyable experience. If the captain feels those goals cannot be met or there are safety concerns a trip can be canceled at the captains discretion. If this is the case you will get a full refund or we will rebook you for a different time.
